Who we are: TerraHaven ("we", "our", "us") operates this online store at terra-haven.co. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & accuracy: we do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. Slight colour variations may occur between screens. Prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include the prices displayed at checkout.

Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline orders (for example, if an item is unavailable or payment fails). We may contact you to confirm details.

Payment: payment is taken securely at checkout. If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed.

Delivery: we'll deliver to the address you provide — please make sure it's correct. Delivery terms are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns: returns are handled under our Refund Policy (no change-of-mind refunds; faulty or wrong items are refunded or replaced).

Intellectual property: the TerraHaven name, logo, and website content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
