Singapore delivery options (from checkout):
- Standard — S$6.00
- Express — S$15.00
- FREE Standard on orders above the free-delivery threshold shown at checkout
International delivery options:
- Standard — S$10.00
- Expedited — S$20.00
Processing time: orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time: depends on your location and the method you choose. Exact delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout — you'll also get tracking details when your order ships.
Delays: on rare occasions couriers or customs can cause delays. We'll keep you updated and do our best to help.
Lost or damaged parcels: if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at youhong45679@gmail.com with your order number — we'll make it right (see our Refund Policy for faulty/damaged goods).
